Costa Esmeralda, is a closed neighborhood of 1000 hectares, with 24 hour security. which has access to the beach just 5 minutes by car. If you have an off road vehicle, you can go down to the beach, and walk away looking for more tranquility! If not, you can stay at one of the 2 Paradores Cabo Suelta and Punta Norte. Costa Esmeralda offers you 15 neighborhoods, each with unique characteristics. At the moment there are around 1800 finished houses, a grocery store and a church that are located at the main entrance of the neighborhood. Algolf 19: is a complex of 100 apartments divided into 4 buildings. They have a pool, garages and laundry service. Costa Esmeralda is a very quiet neighborhood, where nature predominates and you can do outdoor activities. Transport

Costa Esmeralda is a closed neighborhood of 1000 hectares. For this reason, almost all internal movements are made in their private vehicles to go to different recreation centers such as a golf course, sports area, proveduria, etc.

During the summer season that is from December 20 to February 28, Costa Esmeralda offers a bus service to be able to move around the most important points and roundabouts in the neighborhood to depend less on its own vehicles.
